I was very impressed with the service I received and it was a refreshing change to other estate agents I've had dealings with in the past. Everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly and did what they could to help. I appointed them to sell my buy to let property following their valuation, the non-pushy nature of securing the appointment, the helpfulness and genuine service they provided and the competitive fees.

The property was tenanted at the time of it going on the market and Curran & Pinner worked with my tenant to arrange viewings to make the process as easy as possible. I found that the level of service provided by Curran and Pinner was excellent. From the start and throughout the entire process my expectations were managed accurately and I felt that Gary Prentice was a confident, ethical and experienced agent who knew the housing market extremely well. I was kept informed every step of the way and any time I contacted them for questions I would get answers and information needed from Gary straight away.

Overall he did an excellent job and I cant fault the quality of service. Gary dedicated himself to really go the extra mile with a lot of patience (even working to help in his time off) to ensure the Sale went through in the quickest possible time. He worked hard with pressure of time constraints with the Solicitors and the buyer to ensure all of the details / any obstacles were quickly attended to and explained to me in an easily understandable and extremely personable way. Also to mention that when Gary was out of the office on leave that his colleagues Kevin and Alex in covering his work were just as dedicated to providing a highly efficient and understanding service with fantastic attention to detail.

I have recently sold my flat through Curran & Pinner and have found the whole experience excellent. From the beginning when Warren came to value the flat, Sophie came to photograph the flat and through to Gary dealing with the negotiations and the selling, they have all been extremely professional, courteous and have always returned my calls promptly. Any service provision is very largely dependant upon the people in the business providing the service; in this case, all the personnel involved in the sale of my property were well informed, well motivated, in touch with market realities, and proactive in dealing with myself & other parties involved in the process.

The initial house evaluation was impressive not by price but by Curran & Pinner personnel immediately identifying the property strengths, demonstrating a sound understanding of the market and also understanding the emotional side of the decision to sell one's home after many years. Other agents had evaluated the house but they made me feel my property was just one more property they would sell. I know this is the case in reality but the personal approach of Curran & Pinner owners and staff which was impressive throughout the process of selling sets them apart from the other larger agents. I was always kept closely informed of progress and each contact I had with the different staff members left me thinking that each one was particularly good. When we had some hiccups during the process they were fast to react and help me to solve the issue. In effect I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Richard was great from the start. Squeezed the viewing in at last minute notice and was very helpful and informative in regards to the property in question.
He was very patient and a great problem solver as we were organising the paperwork and official parts of out tenancy whilst travelling the otherwise I the world for a wedding. Not ideal situation but Richard made it stress free.

The flat had been great and any in goin queries Richard has been quick to respond an with the upmost professionalism. I do not like estate agents at all really but Richard has shown there are professional and friendly agents around. I can say the same for everyone at Curran and Pinner in the Albemarle office I have came into contact with. All very polite and very professional.

This is a long awaited review of Curran and Pinner. I approached these guys mainly for two reasons: they had one of THE best websites for lettings ever, and they had a very interesting range of properties with very clear pictures and descriptions. Unlike other agencies, their service, particularly from Alex Brooks lived up to the high quality expectations and even went beyond.

Alex was very polite, gracious and informative about all the properties me and my wife viewed. At no point did we feel we were being pushed or sold to. He gave us the time and space to make an informative decision. i see this as such an important aspect of Curran and Pinner, as they obviously seemed to care about matching the right tenant with the right property/landlord/landlady.

Alex built a great relationship with us and as a result, we never looked towards another agency in Beckenham even if they had a better deal, because we wanted the service and up front honestly. We have recently sold our house using Curran and Pinner. I have to say that I was very impressed with the service which was provided. They were extremely polite and helpful.

We were really impressed with the service we received from Curran and Pinner from start to finish. Warren carried out the valuation and immediately gave us confidence that our home would be well marketed. He was friendly yet professional and offered relevant advice and information. The brochure was of a very high standard - glossy with professional looking photos (which made our rooms look huge!) and 3D floor plans. I bought in Lait House when it was first developed and lived there for a year before moving overseas for work. From the outset I used this agent to let the property and have been completely satisfied. Daniel and the team have gone out of their way to assist both me and my tenants and have given sound advice every time to mutual satisfaction of all parties. To pick specifics, they recommended upgrading floor coverings to provide long term value for me and a quality environment for the tenants. They assisted tenants out of hours when heating developed a fault. They provided tradesmen when I needed them and were equally accommodating when I found my own on a few occasions.

At long last we have a Letting Agent in Curran & Pinner with a first class, focussed Staff, who actually work with the Landlord's best interests at heart, hard to believe we know, but fact. Following inspections, one of the staff will go through the result with the tenant and advise them on any shortcomings in their occupation of our property, they seem to actually appreciate this, It saves them money.

We have just been stung with a bill for £550 on a property with another agent, for damage, this JUST WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED with Curran & Pinner.

I have used Curran and Pinner for about 6 + years now. I bought one house through them and rented out 2 houses through them. They have been excellent in both the purchase and the rental. They have been honest and realistic in their advice when buying they house.

As a landlord I cannot praise them enough for the work they carry out. I have had tenants who have not paid and they have offered constructive advice on how to deal with them and followed through on exactly what they said they would. They have always been on the end of the phone when I have needed their advice and have done over and above the what they needed to do to ensure that my property was looked after.

Curran and Pinner did a good job at marketing my property. What sets them apart from most other agents is their marketing on the property websites, they used a premium listing for the period my property was on the market and the 3D floor plans make the listing stand out from other listings.

Another positive with Curran and Pinner was they have their agents present at all viewings.

They are pretty easy to get hold of and are reasonably good at getting back to you when they say they will.

Alex Brooks was the best agent for returning calls or emails promptly.
Overall a good experience working with C&P and I would recommend them.
