Tenant Fees and Information

Reference Charges: 

There will be a referencing charge of £36.00 (£30.00 + VAT) per applicant, £36.00 (£30.00 + VAT) per guarantor application and £60.00 (£50.00 + VAT) per company application, the cost of which will be deducted from the fee of intent.

You will also be required to pay £18.00 (£15.00 + VAT) per application for your Immigration Act 2014 ‘Right to Rent’ check to validate your residency status.

The charges incurred for referencing and ‘Right to Rent’ checks are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Administration Charges:

£150.00 (£125.00 + VAT) per applicant

Inventory “Check In” Charges:

This cost is dependent on the number of bedrooms / reception rooms and additional bathrooms and if the property is either Unfurnished or Furnished:

If you decide not to proceed with the tenancy, fail to declare relevant information or information significantly differs from that provided by you (on page 3 of the pre-tenancy paperwork) which results in your application being declined by the landlord, it is understood that the full balance of the “Fee of Intent” will not be refunded.
